  • Stuff envelopes with buyer letter & passes
  • Review assignments
  • Final Corrections from Project Directors for ear tagged animals
  • Mail buyer packets

April

  • Distribute name labels for follow up contact
  • Review assignments
  • Enter fair weight/check-in data
  • Publish market & showmanship show class lists
  • Enter market show results, delete non-sale animals and generate list
  • Enter small stock entries with accomplishments and generate list
  • Publish auction sale folders
  • Buyers Lunch
  • Conduct auctions

  • Work slow pay list – telephone contact
  • Distribute Exhibitor checks when funds are available
  • Appoint Nominating committee chair
  • Review new/ revised rules, if any

  • Acknowledge new Project Directors, FFA and 4H representatives
  • Elect two directors at large, small stock & Livestock Auctions Chairs
  • Discuss new members
  • Appoint Budget Committee
  • File suit against no pays

November

  • Review Budget
  • Review Buyer recruitment PCJLSC meeting or by project
  • Review & make assignments for Fair
